Remote Talent Acquisition Generalist Jobs in North Carolina

Leverage and manage external resources including retained and contingent recruitment firms, temporary agencies, and other services suppliers.

Complete initial resume/phone screens of candidates; coordinate candidate interviews for hiring managers.

Understand and communicate detail on employee benefit programs; answer basic benefit questions from candidates.

Maintain knowledge of market landscape, recruitment trends, compensation information, and industry news.

3-5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience (CRO/ Biotech/ Pharma/ Life Sciences) required.

Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills.

Partner with hiring managers on the recruitment process from job postings to offer letters.
