Required Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

Assists with preparation of summary documents and reports in conjunction with Program Manager and Project Manager.

Strong communications and qualitative and quantitative analytical skills, sufficient to graph data and describe results clearly and accurately.

Experience within Health Services Research preferred.

Experience in biostatistics and epidemiology.

Minimum of 0-2 years’ experience required

Analytical skills, including research and statistical methods. Demonstrated skills in data collection, management, analysis, and reporting.

The ideal candidate will possess the attributes above and many of the following professional abilities and experiences.

Experience using Qualtrics and Tableau strongly preferred.

Experience or interest in contributing to survey research studies.

Knowledge of the state and local governmental public health workforce is a plus.

Proficiency in conducting data analysis using STATA is required.

Develops data collection tools and responsible for all aspects of data management

Oversees and conducts site recruitment, management, and training

Maintains a working knowledge of current scientific literature and regulatory guidance related to patient-focused drug development and endpoint measurement

Preparing project proposals, study protocols, technical reports and other client deliverables

Conducts literature reviews, data extraction, and data synthesis

Delegates appropriately and communicates proactively and regularly with study director and other team members
