Remote Registered Nurse Case Manager Jobs in Arkansas

Candidates need to meet the experience requirements for specific program

Patient education specialist should maintain established quality and completed calls per hour goals while supporting Salelytics goals and objectives

Collaborate with the RN to obtain product knowledge regarding medical device, clinical data, patient process and recommend physicians

Must be 18 or older and have a High School education or GED required

Additional education may be required based on individual projects and/or locations

Knowledge of FRA Conductor and Engineer certification requirements

Review medical qualification of new hires, job transfers and certification examinations

Miscellaneous activities and responsibilities as assigned by manager

Knowledge of FRA drug testing requirements

Knowledge of Commercial Driver's License (CDL) medical requirements

3 or more years of work experience in the medical field

Case Management or Utilization Management experience preferred.

Excellent time management, interpersonal, communication, documentation and customer service skills

Identifies potential candidates for individual case management services and executes the screening and case management process.

Supports utilization management decisions with nationally recognized medical management criteria.

Provides individual client focused reports accentuating Case Management activity and outcome.

Facilitates the flow of claims through the Healthcare Management Department.

Excellent clinical and communication skills

In the past 5 years, have at least 2 years of RN patient care experience

At least 2 years of RN experience seeing patients of all ages (Infant to Geriatric) required

Continuing Medical Education (CME) - Receive an annual stipend for continuing medical education

Rounds - Providers end patient care one hour early each week to participate in this shared learning experience

Full time (36 hours minimum including evenings and weekends)
