Overview A Remote Human Resources Assistant is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the Human Resources department. They are responsible for ensuring that all HR processes and procedures are followed, as well as providing support to the HR team. Detailed Job Description

The Remote Human Resources Assistant is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the Human Resources department. This includes but is not limited to:

• Assisting with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Maintaining employee records, including updating employee information, tracking vacation and sick time, and processing payroll.
• Assisting with the onboarding process, including providing new hire orientation and training.
• Assisting with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Assisting with the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives.
• Assisting with the development and implementation of performance management processes.
• Providing administrative support to the HR team, including filing, data entry, and other clerical tasks.
• Providing customer service to employees and managers, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues.
Skill Requirements
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
• Previous experience in Human Resources or related field preferred

• Knowledge of payroll and benefits administration
