Remote Hospitality Consultant Jobs in Arkansas

Proficiency in social media platforms, content management systems, and marketing analytics tools is a plus but not required.

Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns to promote travel packages, destinations, and experiences.

Manage social media accounts and online communities, fostering engagement and responding to customer inquiries and comments.

Experience in marketing, preferably within the travel or hospitality industry a plus but not required.

Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

5+ years hospitality management experience OR 2+ years full-cycle recruiting experience

Manages overall full-cycle recruiting (pre-hire, advertising, screening resumes, selection, sourcing, compensation, interviewing, and onboarding)

Assess candidates’ qualifications via resume reviews and phone screenings

Build and maintain strong working relationships with hiring managers in order to create a trusted professional partnership

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work collaboratively and professionally on a team in a remote environment

Cross-sell relevant products to enhance the trip experience.

Have effective communication skills, written and oral

Proficient computer skills including the ability to multitask with several websites and programs

Sound knowledge of domestic and international travel trends

Personal travel experience will be considered an advantage

Prepare and process related trip documents and invoices.

Cooperate with clients to determine their needs and advise them appropriate destination, modes of transportations, travel dates, costs and accommodations

Provide relevant information, brochures and publications (guides, local customs, maps, regulations, events etc) to travelers

Book transportation, make hotel reservations and collect payment/fees

Use promotional techniques and prepare promotional materials to sell itinerary tour packages
