Offer 24/7 support to families during their travel, assisting with any changes, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances.

Build a comprehensive knowledge base of family travel resources, including travel insurance options, health and safety guidelines, and travel regulations.

Actively promote travel packages and special offers to generate sales and maximize revenue.

Identify opportunities to upsell additional services or experiences that enhance the overall travel experience for families.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with families and travel partners.

Complete ongoing training to earn and maintain certification to book travel

Effectively manage your time when researching trips and communicating with clients

Network with tour operators regarding packages that you can offer to clients

Personal booking experience is a huge plus, however not required

Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is also a plus, but not required
