As a Remote Destination Planner, you will be responsible for the following:

• Crafting captivating and thrilling travel itineraries tailored to our clients' needs.
• Monitoring and promptly addressing any travel-related issues, complaints, or refund requests with utmost professionalism and care.
• Efficiently managing reservations special requests, and ensuring seamless payment processes.
• Cultivating strong relationships with our preferred suppliers and valued clients.
• Finalizing detailed itineraries and presenting all relevant documentation to guests, including crucial departure information.
• Engaging in consultations with clients to comprehensively understand their travel preferences, requirements, and budget.
• Selling transportation, accommodation, and exciting activities to our esteemed guests.

We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

• Preferred degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Travel & Tourism, or Business.
• Proficiency in multiple languages will be considered a significant advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to set an achieve goals within realistic timelines.
• Self-motivated and capable of thriving in an autonomous, remote work setting.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
