They must have a comprehensive understanding of the Epic software and be able to effectively communicate with healthcare professionals. Responsibilities include:

• Developing and delivering training materials
• Providing technical support
• Troubleshooting issues
• Assisting with implementation of Epic software
• Assisting with the development of user documentation
• Assisting with the development of user training materials
• Assisting with the development of user support materials
• Assisting with the development of user testing materials
• Assisting with the development of user acceptance testing materials
• Assisting with the development of user feedback materials
• Assisting with the development of user reports
• Assisting with the development of user dashboards
• Assisting with the development of user analytics
• Assisting with the development of user security
