Bachelor's degree in related area (BA/BS) or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Manage specific functions in Marketing Deployment and Operations, including audit of digital and direct mail assets and data fields.

Support campaign development through translating requirements into the appropriate systems

Utilize customer insights, product knowledge and data to perform quality assessments against campaigns

2 years’ experience in marketing

Demonstrated knowledge of marketing principles, deployment and/or operations

Detailed knowledge of health insurance and managed care products, benefit design and member/employer documents

Experience in product, design and implementation of healthcare products within a healthcare/managed care organization

Bachelor's degree majoring in Marketing, Business Administration/Analysis, or English preferred, or equivalent experience in related field

3 years of related work experience beyond degree, preferably in health insurance industry.

Manage the effects of and complying with regulatory, financial, compliance, and legal changes

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Communicate with managers and supervisors on job or deadline issues.

Able to apply intermediate requisite knowledge of appropriate grammar, spelling, composition to work requests
