Responsible for creating/updating Standard Operating Procedures for IT Store Technology, submit to Manager for review and upload to Service Now Knowledgebase.

Assist Project Manager in providing reporting to key stakeholders of any technology issues preventing stores from operating at full capacity.

Installation Technology liaison between vendor partners and internal business units including Finance, Real Estate and Store Operations.

3-5+ years of related work experience

Experience working with external vendors

Problem Solving and Decision-Making Skills

Using knowledge of Flock Safety technology, identify outlier situations where an in-person assessment is warranted to ensure a smooth installation

Startup experience is a plus

Experience with Air Force/US Transportation Command (TRANSCOM) movement and transportation requirements.

Assis with tracking and reporting internal training and readiness requirements.

Shipping and Organizational Mail Manager and Coordinator.

Execute the vehicle maintenance program, and manage gas cards/receipts and license plates.

Perform functions as team correspondence manager.

Assist leadership with the drafting of reports: e.g., Situation Reports (SITREPs), Quarterly Training Briefings (QTBs), Defense Readiness Reporting System (DRRS)

· Work closely with pre and post boarding teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

· Track and manage all our technical integrations.

· Schedule/ship terminal equipment utilizing our shipping partners.

Familiarity with change or configuration management principles

Understanding and experience of various Windows operating systems, , Active Directory, domain security, and Remote Access methods.

Knowledge of cloud computing, Microsoft SQL Server, AD, Windows-Unix/Linux, Remote access and SQL scripting

Coordinate with customers to conduct remote upgrades of the client products deployed to customers locations.

Demonstrates adaptability for working in diverse environments; manage multiple tasks at a time and able to prioritize; work independently

Bachelor in Computer Science, Information Technology, Healthcare Technology related or equivalent work experience
