Work days/hours: M - F 8am - 5pm

• The job will require the associate to work with the customer through both phone and email to schedule the upgrade and then perform that upgrade at the requested time.
• Coordinate with customers to conduct remote upgrades of the client products deployed to customers locations.

• Maintains reporting tools and metric tracking systems by continually updating data; detail and thorough follow-up
• Follows procedures and processes in an FDA regulated environment

Qualifications

• Knowledge of cloud computing, Microsoft SQL Server, AD, Windows-Unix/Linux, Remote access and SQL scripting
• Read, write, speak English language; English proficient
• Bachelor in Computer Science, Information Technology, Healthcare Technology related or equivalent work experience
• Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot problems using logical/analytical methods
• Strong technical orientation and experience deploying proprietary and standard applications
• Understanding and experience of various Windows operating systems, , Active Directory, domain security, and Remote Access methods.
• 2-3 years proven applied experience
• Application/software packaging and deployment; desktop and system support services
• Goal and action oriented
