Construction Estimator (Senior & Junior Positions, Onsite Not Remote)

Manage subcontractor bid distribution, and subcontractor cost leveling.
Handles moderately complex issues and problems, and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff. Possesses solid working knowledge of subject matter.
Typically requires a bachelor's degree and 2 to 4 years of commercial general contracting experience.
Reviews construction documents and specifications to create Schematic, DD, and CD level estimates.
Consult with outsides sources and analyze documents to create time, cost, materials and labor estimates.
