Remote Commercial Contract Specialist Jobs

Agreements, amendments, and related documents for Health Management.

Provides management with periodic contract status updates as directed.

Assists with process management including but not limited to tracking and filing.

Timely informs Manager of urgent issues.

Helps to manage client timeframe expectations and escalates concerns regarding ability to meet client timeframe expectations.

Maintains and learns computer and system skills necessary to perform job functions.

Continually enhance our support documentation and guided learning center. QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

Prior customer service or technical support experience preferred (0-2 years), but not required.

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred., or commensurate experience.

Experience using a SaaS platform (preferred)

Provide exceptional service to both internal and external customers.

Solve problems and relieve pain points to make our admins happy.

• Experience with contract management software

• Assisting with system administration of our contracts management system

• Entering key contract information into the contract management system

Time management, including ability to organize and prioritize work to meet needs of organization

Logical reasoning skills to think through alternate solutions and consequences

• 3-5 years of professional contract administration or equivalent experience, preferable at a pharmaceutical or biotech company
