Basic Qualifications / Knowledge / Experience:

Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client responses.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer relations and customer service.

Strong social media acumen, with preferred prior experience.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Provide customers with expert consultations on topics related to EV ownership, including purchasing, delivery, and charging.

Manage client relationships and provide exceptional customer service

Assist clients in providing our services and offerings

Manage client accounts and ensure satisfaction

Collaborate with team members to improve client experience

Prior experience in a customer service or client-facing role but not required

Excellent communication skills, including strong writing and phone etiquette
