This is a full time, remote position. Hours of Operations during the Open Enrollment (OE) period are:

Last 3 days of OE Hours of Operations will be 8am-10pm ET

Respond effectively to all forms of inbound and outbound contacts.

Track and document all inquiries using the applicable systems.

Process life event changes, demographic updates, disenrollment requests, and special enrollment periods as requested.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Develop and maintain a broad knowledge of insurance requirements and carrier guidelines across dozens of states and many carriers.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Two plus years of customer service experience in the non-standard market in a multi-insurance carrier/ rater environment.

Experience working in a high volume and fast paced call center environment.

Experience with named non owner polices, understanding SR-22, and FR-44 state fillings is a plus.

Starting Pay Range: $17.00- $21.00 per hour (based on experience and skillset) plus monthly bonus opportunities ($80-$360)

Location: Full time remote, or In-Office options available. Mandatory 1 day In-Office orientation at the Denver/Aurora Office

Using empathy and fantastic listening, verbal, and written communication skills to help patients and their families understand their bill

Continuously improving, with supportive coaching / feedback from your manager and team leads and ongoing training via lunch and learn sessions

Experience in customer service and/or healthcare preferred

Advanced beginner to Intermediate skills in the Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
