Overview Remote Benefits Admin is responsible for administering employee benefits programs for a company. This includes managing employee benefits plans, developing and implementing new benefits programs, and providing customer service to employees regarding their benefits. Detailed Job Description Remote Benefits Admin is responsible for administering employee benefits programs for a company. This includes managing employee benefits plans, developing and implementing new benefits programs, and providing customer service to employees regarding their benefits. The Remote Benefits Admin will also be responsible for researching and analyzing benefits data, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and providing guidance and support to employees. Job Skills Required
• Knowledge of employee benefits programs and regulations
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in employee benefits administration
• Professional certification in employee benefits (e.g. CEBS, PHR, SHRM-CP)
Job Knowledge
• Knowledge of employee benefits programs and regulations
• Understanding of applicable laws and regulations
• Knowledge of employee benefits software
Job Experience
• At least 3 years of experience in employee benefits administration
• Experience in customer service
• Experience in developing and implementing new benefits programs
