3 or more months of job-related experience, including cashiering or bookkeeping, client service, and sales with established goals is required

Responsible for achieving goals established by Senior management.

Originate and manage consumer and commercial loans within lenders lending parameters.

Responsible for maintaining a sound knowledge of and comply with compliance laws, regulations, and loan policy.

Manage problems loans within portfolio and reporting said loans on a timely basis.

Manage problem loans with the goal of minimizing potential losses to the bank.

Minimum of an Associates degree or higher in Banking, Finance, Business or related field.

High School Diploma is required; previous experience and demonstrated proficiencies desired

Minimum of three years experience in banking, customer service or other related area required. Bank teller or new accounts experience preferred.

Managing incoming and outgoing calls, representing the bank in a positive, courteous and professional manner.

Assessing clients’ needs and cross-selling or making sales referrals of bank products and services.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or finance preferred or equivalent banking experience

Identify, underwrite, and manage High Risk Borrowers (HRB’s), and all the regulatory implications of Shared National Credits (SNC’s).

Minimum 10 years of commercial banking experience and a proven track record of generating loan, deposit and fee income
