Communicate with utility providers and clients through email and on the phone.

Determine the best course of action to resolve issues and contacting the necessary party.

Detect inefficient processes and find innovative solutions

Medium phone usage-outbound calls with providers and clients, 25% of your day.

Survey creation, data management and analysis - REDCap familiarity a plus

Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience) (Required) Biotechnology or Biomedical discipline (Preferred)

<1 year relevant experience (Required)

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Ability to work in a dynamic environment.

Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

Work closely with Sourcing and Quality leaders to manage supplier performance

Ability and willingness to travel up to 20% of the time as required; remote workers may require additional travel.

Ability to work onsite in Wilmington, NC; remote options are available.

Strong interpersonal, influencing, and leadership skills

Strong oral and written communication skills
