Microsoft Suite experience (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Etc.).

Experience utilizing CRMs (preferably Slate, NursingCAS).

Maintain and use information about students and organizations to advise and encourage students from prospect through application and enrollment.

Increase representation from one or more strategicpopulations based on the demographics of the territory (i.e. under-represented, high-achieving, transfer, out-of-state, and international).

Implement and explain university and college admissions policies.

Accurately forecast projected new students on a periodic basis for Director of Admissions and Senior level management.

Seeking 2+ years of Admissions experience - heavy outbound calling experience

Schedule and conduct interviews, pursue qualified candidates for enrollment, and determine appropriateness of candidates for admission based upon career goal compatibility.

Consistently conduct follow-up meetings with all applicants, daily, weekly or as needed to ensure successful matriculation.

Assist other personnel and departments with data collection and problem-solving.

Be an active participant in team activities and initiatives.

Do you have experience working in a remote environment?

Remains knowledgeable with regard to all Hotline referral sources, including the Hotline national resource database

Understands the contractual obligations of the Hotline and follows protocol and documentation requirements for each contract

Must have minimum one (1) year experience working with crisis abuse or behavioral health

Minimum 3 months of experience as a Hotline Counselor II (does not apply for external hires)

Understanding of the laws and regulations surrounding physical, sexual, and emotional abuse, child abuse, neglect, and legal reporting requirements

Knowledge of Salesforce and to learn a proprietary case management system.

Providing troubled employee consultations & critical incident stress management for client organizations.

Succeeding as a Client Care Counselor will require the following core qualifications and skills

Excellent risk assessment skills, and an ability to adapt quickly to a client's changing needs.

Strong clinical judgment and an understanding of your responsibilities with confidentiality.

Experience working with substance-related & addictive disorders is an asset.

Acquires and maintains an in-depth knowledge of online program offerings and curriculum and integrates such information with prospective students needs.

Sales or customer service experience preferred

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Demonstrated knowledge of student admissions strategies
