They are responsible for ensuring that all machinery is operating safely and efficiently, and that all repairs are completed in a timely manner. They must also be able to troubleshoot and diagnose problems with machinery and equipment. Detailed Job Description Reliability Millwrights are responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and repairing industrial machinery and equipment. They must be able to identify and diagnose problems with machinery and equipment, and then take the necessary steps to repair them. They must also be able to install new machinery and equipment, as well as perform preventive maintenance on existing machinery and equipment. Reliability Millwrights must also be able to read and interpret blueprints and schematics, and be familiar with the use of hand and power tools. Job Skills Required
