Detailed Job Description Reliability Millwrights are responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and repairing industrial machinery and equipment. They must be able to identify and diagnose problems with machinery and equipment, and then take the necessary steps to repair them. They must also be able to install new machinery and equipment, as well as perform preventive maintenance on existing machinery and equipment.
