Finance, accounting or math background or applicable experience

Experience working on multiple implementations

Manage security, users, roles, profiles, groups, queues, and other Microsoft Dynamics setup options as necessary.

Strong knowledge of CRM/AMS systems, with experience in system administration, configuration, and customization.

Manage and administer our CRM/AMS platform, ensuring data integrity, system performance, and user support.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into CRM/AMS system configurations.

Proven experience as an AMS Administrator, CRM Administrator, or similar role.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and communicate data insights effectively.

Experience in data segmentation, profiling, and trend analysis.

Proven history of leadership/management: You have a proven background in building and managing within a business development role.

Pharmaceutical/medical sales experience is preferred but not required
