Work in close collaboration with our corporate regulatory, commercial, operations, and purchasing teams to comply with OSHA requirements
Assist in the implementation and continuous improvement of Responsible Distribution certification, including training, internal audits, and certification audits.
Other duties and responsibilities as requested
Previous experience (3+ years) in a regulatory/compliance role considered a plus
Strong problem solving, organizational skills, attention to detail, and communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively throughout the organization

They also provide advice and guidance to management and other stakeholders on regulatory matters. Regulatory Specialists must have a thorough understanding of the laws and regulations that apply to their organization and must be able to interpret and apply them to their organization’s operations. They must be able to identify potential areas of non-compliance and develop strategies to address them. Regulatory Specialists must be able to communicate effectively with management and other stakeholders and must be able to explain complex regulatory matters in a clear and concise manner. Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in law, business, or a related field
• Relevant experience in a regulatory or compliance role

Job Knowledge Regulatory Specialists must have a thorough understanding of the laws and regulations that apply to their organization and must be able to interpret and apply them to their organization’s operations. They must be familiar with the relevant laws and regulations, including federal, state, and local laws, as well as industry-
