Detailed Job Description Regulatory Analysts are responsible for researching and analyzing laws and regulations that affect the financial services industry. They must be able to interpret and explain the implications of these laws and regulations to the company’s management and staff. Regulatory Analysts must also develop and implement compliance policies and procedures, and monitor their effectiveness. They must be able to identify potential compliance issues and recommend solutions. Regulatory Analysts must also be able to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including regulators, auditors, and other compliance professionals. Job Skills Required

Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
• Relevant professional certifications, such as Certified Regulatory Compliance Professional (CRCP)
• At least 5 years of experience in a financial services compliance role
