Registration Coordinator Jobs in Arkansas

Minimum 5 to 7 years’ experience in event and registration management

Strong follow-up and time management skills

Utilizes multiple registration and data management systems.

Works with Optica Finance department and Registration Manager on financial close out for registration income and expenses.

Managers post-show speaker registration audit

Tracks and manages costs for registration and temporary services vendors.

Experience in Salesforce and CVENT; Specific experience using Salesforce. Preparing for events using Cvent.

Looking for an Event Coordinator with proficiency in Cvent and Salesforce – 100% REMOTE!

As a Remote Event Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in:

Answering ad hoc questions about event attendee trends such as professional segmentation and geography.

Creating (pre and post) event overviews that relay key attendee data, including member status, location, and professional area.

Sending weekly event report that tracks total registration as event approaches.

Experience with research, project, and program management

3+ years of experience in science and/or information technology

Bachelor's degree or six (6) years of relevant work experience, or Associate's degree and four (4) years of relevant work experience

Experience managing complex projects including managing budgets

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Support the development of cooperative agreement terms and conditions

Preferred skills: Medical terminology and previous medical office experience strongly preferred. Detail orientated, multi-tasking ability with a positive attitude.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent

Experience: Proven experience working with various computer systems required. Strong, demonstrated customer service experience required.
