Ensure adequate notice of posting the schedule for employees
Assure all shifts are covered for medication passes and the clients are receiving their meds appropriately

Supports operations through close partnership and consistent communication with the assignment Executive Director and the assigned Director of Operations Management.
Works on location at communities providing sales support, assisting with inquiries and prospect experiences to achieve sales goals.
Works with community staff to assure that each community is utilizing all the capabilities of the CRM system, SalesForce.
Minimum five (5) years’ of demonstrated experience in marketing and sales for the senior living industry
