Regional Project Accountant Jobs in Massachusetts

Good communication, organizational, and time management skills

Effectively communicate with Project Managers regarding the financial status of projects, contract modifications, and client invoicing requirements

Perform additional responsibilities as required by project and company needs

2-5 years of relevant experience in Accounting with an emphasis on billing & interpreting contract provisions

Deltek Vision experience a plus

Proficiency and knowledge of computer software applications such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Outlook

Strong written and oral communications skills, strong initiative, problem solving abilities.

Manage the Owner Billing Process.

2+ years experience in Project Accounting.

Process Accounts Payable invoices and payments.

Set up and enter project budgets.

Process intercompany invoices, payments and reconciliation.

7+ years of finance business process management experience

Demonstrated business process design, project management and problem-solving skills

Experience managing a variety of complex finance and business-related projects

Project Accountant skills along with Higher Education or Non-Profit helpful

Experience with communicating and working directly with executives

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate clearly and effectively

Strong written and oral communications skills, strong initiative, problem solving abilities.
