Regional Media Manager Jobs

B.A./B.S degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Risk Management or a related field is preferred

Lead, develop and manage a team of high-performing Field Underwriters, building a team and focusing their efforts to achieve results

5 or more years of insurance underwriting experience

Comfort operating in a hybrid environment (mix of work from home, in-office and on-site with brokers)

Strong understanding of sales principles, negotiation skills and demonstrate a competitive drive

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Exceptional networking and relationship-building skills.

Strong negotiation and communication abilities.

Knowledge of the digital entertainment industry and emerging trends.

Previous experience in content acquisition, sales, or leads is preferred but not essential.

Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g. Sales, Marketing, Communications)orsales industry background experience will suffice

Experience of end to end media procurement ideally within advertising and recruitment
