Health And Wellness Coach - Full-Time
By Avera Health Plans At , Sioux Falls, 57108 $19.50 - $29.50 an hour
Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES), Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), or other related health certification preferred.
This position relies on program knowledge and subject matter expertise to assist clients and members in accomplishing wellness goals.
Bachelor’s degree in healthcare related field (Psychology, Exercise Science, Nutrition, Wellness, Health Education, and/or Promotion) preferred.
Two-three years of experience with overall worksite wellness and implementing health and wellness programs.
The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.

They will work with individuals and organizations to assess their current health and wellness status, develop and implement health and wellness plans, and monitor progress. They will also provide education and support to individuals and organizations on health and wellness topics.
