Effective claim management skills to liaise with insured/insurer, broker, retained experts, etc.

Proficient knowledge of Xactimate or other estimating platforms

Knowledge of the independent claims adjusting business

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Preferred: Minimum of 3-4 years of commercial claims adjusting experience.

Knowledge and/or experience using SQL is preferred but not required

Experience working in a warehouse environment for a fast paced start technology company managing professional level staff

Demonstrated skills in identifying and resolving complex problems, exercising good judgment in drawing conclusions, while navigating ambiguous environments

Own the P&L, team, and strategic direction for one of Lime’s core regions

Articulate a multi-year strategy for the core region and translate it into budgets, operating plans, Government Relations tactics, and more

Engage collaboratively in company-wide planning, advocating for your region while incorporating the greater needs of the company

Makes recommendations on claims processes and resolution strategies to management.

Analyzes claims activities; prepares and presents reports to management and other internal business partners and clients.

Advanced technical and product specific expertise, claims resolution skill and knowledge of insurance and claims principles, practices and procedures.

Advanced analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects.

Provides guidance and assistance to less experienced claims staff and other functional areas, and assists with CAT claims as needed.

Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills. Ability to effectively interact with all levels of CNA's internal and external business partners.
