Regional Director Of Business Office Jobs in Texas

Experience in clinical or doctor relationship management required

Manage all center operations for assigned centers within region; work with doctor owners to support center clinical operations

Manage and develop team of 6-8 Center Operations Managers / General Managers

Develop, manage, and adhere to operational budgets/forecasts for assigned centers

Manage hiring, development, and termination of operations staff within assigned centers

Operational responsibility for 6-8 ClearChoice multidisciplinary centers and approximately 100-120 network employees

Experience as a Regional Business Office Manager in a SNF setting for a minimum of 2+ years is required.

Evaluate, develop and mentor Business Office Managers (BOMs) to include assistance in hiring and onboarding of all BOMs
