Work within the Talent Management System to ensure the departmental performance of hotel staff in the Region is productive to include: 

Ability to make decisions based on analytical data gathered and directly influences business operating decisions made by senior management.

Business Partnering and Performance Management: 

Monitor and manage the safekeeping of all hotel leases and contracts and any other legal records and documents,

Work alongside the Regional Vice President and the Executive Director of Finance & Business Support to conduct regular operations risk assessments.
