Regional Continuous Improvement Manager Jobs in Florida

Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Lead change management initiatives to ensure successful implementation of process improvements and cultural change.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.

Manage and execute projects using Six Sigma methodologies to improve process capability and production volume while maintaining and improving quality standards.

Proven experience with Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, Kaizen, and Process Improvement.

Strong knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and food safety standards.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Operations Management, Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, Math, Statistics or another technical major preferred

Facilitation, team building and change management skills

Organizational and time management skills.

Knowledgeable in the Agile Scrum methodology, Jira, and Product Manager/Owner roles.

3+ years of experience in Process Improvement, Quality, Operations, or other technical field

Agile, SAFe, PMP, PgMP or Prince2 certification an advantage

Strong project management, organizational, analytical, and presentation skills

Ability to travel on occasion for training purposes, project management, and/or technology investigation

Develops and executes a communication plan to support the rollout and education on continuous improvements to the plant

Hands on experience using modern Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement methods (LEAN, TPS, SQDCI, etc.)

Experience in manufacturing process improvement

Experience leading teams and creating accountability in both direct and indirect reporting relationships

Experience in Statistical Process Control, Customer and Product Lifecycle, Project Management

Demonstrated history in ability to collaborate and influence change, stakeholder management by delivering results across business functions

Quality and Continuous Improvement Experience in B2B, B2C environments

Applicable knowledge in balancing Cost and Quality

Process Design and System Mapping frameworks to improve value chain analyses (reduce waste)

Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Technology, Business Administration, or a similar analytical discipline

Strong project management, organizational, analytical, and presentation skills

Ability to travel on occasion for training purposes, project management, and/or technology investigation
