- Lead change management initiatives to ensure successful implementation of process improvements and cultural change.
- Manage and execute projects using Six Sigma methodologies to improve process capability and production volume while maintaining and improving quality standards.
- Lead Kaizen events and other continuous improvement activities to promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Develop, implement, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and food safety standards.
- Coach and train team members in Lean Manufacturing principles, tools, and techniques to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Drive the development and implementation of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives across all manufacturing processes.
- Work closely with the manufacturing team to identify and eliminate waste, streamline processes, and improve productivity and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies for improving operational efficiency and reducing costs.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the Manufacturing industry, preferably in the food manufacturing or grain sector.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Proven experience with Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, Kaizen, and Process Improvement.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and motivate others.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Willingness to work onsite.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Strong knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and food safety standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Certified Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt is highly desirable.
