Regional Baseball Teams Director Jobs

- 5+ years of experience in a construction project management role

- Excellent communication, management, organization, and problem-solving skills

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field

Coach teams on industry best practices and project management. Promote health, safety, and environmental protection.

- Manage relationships with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors

- Coordinate permitting, inspections, and other regulatory requirements

Requires broad management and leadership knowledge to lead multiple job areas, the ability to influence others to accept practices and approaches.

Change management/process analysis skills (e.g., Business Process Reengineering).

Project management experience in overseeing or contributing in complex, multi-discipline projects.

Managerial skills, including a strong focus on team building.

Based on in-depth knowledge of industry and client issues, identifies new revenue opportunities at existing and potential clients.

Typically requires a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience.

Can manage a dynamic “work” schedule with other jobs, personal responsibilities, school, etc.

Minimum of 2-3 years experience working with school age children.
