Keen awareness of when to escalate matters to Legal and/or management

Experience working with trust officers/fiduciary specialists and making fiduciary related risk-reward decisions

Technical expertise in areas of estate planning, tax, regulatory, legal and compliance

Strong ability to work in partnership with other functions/roles, including Legal and Risk

Attorney licensed to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction

B.A. or B.S. (four year undergraduate degree) and J.D. degree

Demonstrated strong analysis and excellent report writing and editing skills. Experience working on research is desirable.

Conduct research on UNFPA's programmatic experience in peacebuilding, identifying emerging and recurring approaches and good practices.

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience at national and international level;

Demonstrated experience working with peacebuilding, development or humanitarian organizations is required.

Experience within the United Nations is considered an asset.

Excellent inter-personal and communications skills and ability to participate effectively in a team-based, information sharing environment.

At least three years of experience in programme management at the cross-sections of innovation, entrepreneurship, green and youth engagement

Working knowledge of another UN language an asset

At least seven years of experience in managing projects across multiple geographies and sectors

Experience planning and carrying out key events in the environmental sphere

Proven planning and M&E experience

Manages ambiguity and complexity (Level 2)

4-7 years of sales, account management, customer success or relationship/partner management experience.

Conduct financial analysis for ZPAs to understand client’s business operations and offer feedback

Salesforce.com or other CRM experience preferred

Experience in SAAS/PAAS, real estate media, advertising and/or marketplace-based businesses preferred.

Consistently meet and exceed success metrics, including revenue and retention

Coach on lead conversion strategies, establish a relationship built on mutual trust, and drive adoption of Zillow Group services.

Prepare financial reports monthly for the Executive Director and Finance Committee and quarterly for the Board of Directors.

Track relevant state and federal reporting requirements to ensure compliance.

CPA or relevant experience in nonprofit accounting.

Experience with payroll is a plus.

Perform general bookkeeping duties, including reconciling bank accounts and posting transactions to QuickBooks Online.

Process monthly payroll and prepare year-end W-2s and 1099s via QuickBooks Online.

Assist with additional tasks that are asked by management.

Adapt coursework to assist various learners so that they are able to experience the same learning opportunities as others.

Master’s degree required, preferably in higher education, psychology/sociology, counseling, public health, or a related field.

Experience and confidence with presenting to large groups both in-person and virtually.

Strong research, analytical, and critical thinking abilities.

Strong interpersonal skills to develop relationships with individuals and organizations.

Education : Master’s/post-graduate degree in relevant field required (e.g. International Studies, Development, Humanitarian Affairs, Anthropology, Sociology)

Experience in research, evidence review, and in developing toolkits or other practical materials/resources for use in country programs is required.

Language Skills : Fluency in English required. Proficiency in French or Arabic is highly desired.

15+ years of experience conducting economics, labor economics, youth development research.

Proven experience in the LAC and Central American labor markets.

Excellent Spanish and English writing skills and speaking ability.

Provide technical advice on the design of the study

Participate in the report findings presentation to DevTech and USAID.

Provide inputs to the final report including regional best practices.
