BS/BA degree or equivalent experience

Basic knowledge of application development

Working knowledge of development toolset to design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve software

Collaborate with other software engineers and teams to implement availability, reliability, scalability solutions in their applications

MLS from an ALA accredited program required. Some educational training with art history is preferred.

Demonstrated experience assisting researchers with accessing rare and special collection materials preferred.

Familiarity with the interlibrary loan codes and guidelines, and experience with interlibrary loan borrowing and lending helpful.

Often operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as scanners and printers.

Ability to work collaboratively with staff from all areas of the library and museum.
