Recycling Services Driver Jobs

Must have deep CEO and/or C-Level operational experience with full P&L responsibility, specifically in the recycling services industry (10+ years)

Must have high EQ and leadership skills

Prefer prior Private Equity Portfolio Company experience at the C-Level

Must have history of full P&L responsibility of at least $100MM

Must be willing to stay on post-acquisition in a leadership role

Manage the lifecycle of a Fine Tune client, to include data gathering, implementation, and ongoing client interaction.

Assist in client renewals and client expansions into other service offerings.

Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of relevant work experience with a proven track record

5+ years of intermediate-level Excel experience

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Project manage all phases of a client engagement

Create a memorable arrival and departure experience.

Use personal device/cellular phone for job related operational tasks, job duties, review of company documents, etc.

At least two years of experience in Front Services.

Ability to obtain & maintain full knowledge and understanding of company and department rules and regulations, policies and procedures.

Working knowledge of Opera, HotSOS, and/or Synkros by Konami.

Previous experience working in a large, luxury resort setting.

Experience with operation of packer trucks and moving truck experience preferred.

Meets special pick-up requests as time allows.

Maintains quality of materials collected to meet end market specifications. Maintains understanding of specifications and communicates them to customers.

Maintains operational safety, tidiness, cleanliness, security, and efficiency of recycling transfer stations at Robinson Hall and 175 North Harvard Street.

Coordinates pick-ups of full storage containers with contracted waste haulers and industrial end recycling markets.

Maintains and monitors vehicles and other equipment to assure sound operation and safety of all functions.
