The Recruitment and Training Associate is responsible for the following tasks:

• Developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.
• Screening and interviewing potential candidates.
• Developing and delivering training programs for new and existing employees.
• Assisting with onboarding and orientation of new employees.
• Developing and maintaining relationships with external recruitment agencies.
• Maintaining accurate records of recruitment and training activities.
• Assisting with the development of job descriptions and job postings.
• Assisting with the development of performance management systems.
