The Recruitment and Onboarding Coordinator is responsible for the recruitment and onboarding of new employees in Reading, PA. • Developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for open positions.
• Screening and interviewing candidates for open positions.
• Coordinating onboarding activities for new hires, including orientation, paperwork, and training.
• Maintaining accurate records of recruitment and onboarding activities.
• Assisting with the development of job descriptions and job postings.
• Developing and maintaining relationships with external recruitment sources.
• Assisting with the development of recruitment policies and procedures.
