Strong interpersonal and presentation skills in speaking with different levels of management

Present to C-Suite Level Management Teams, potential partners, and board of directors

Demonstrates high degree of professionalism in communication, attitude and teamwork with customers, peers and management

1-3 years of relevant work experience in finance, banking, investment banking, or private equity

Seamlessly manage logistics and strategic coordination of meetings, materials and deliverables across multiple locations and time zones.

Reconcile credit card statements and submit expense reports, as well as manage other related budgets and expenses.

10 + years’ recruitment agency experience in a full desk/360 recruitment role within the technology sector.

Experience of scaling teams of 5-10 + people.

Experience in perm and contract tech recruitment.

Country Manager - USA | Vice President | Full Desk/360 Recruitment

They’re looking for the following experience and attributes:

A tremendous salesperson with influence and an established network.

If you're in a management position or have experience in management - there are options to take headcount from day 1.

Up to $120k basic (OTE at this level $250k-$300k)

Sliding Scale Commission up to 40%

All Directors in the business have some form of equity / shares in the business

Demonstrate and use political skills and public policy knowledge to build bipartisan alliances to move goals and strategies forward.

Collaborate with senior staff to determine impact, drive accountability, and manage delivery of outcomes and participate in overall EDF strategy development.

Capitalize on opportunities and manage risks.

Directly manage a highly-matrixed team to support strategy goals and work to drive activity across teams focused on US activity.

Experience leading and developing dynamic staff teams.

Positive self-starter with excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, high energy.

Management of the entire “search and placement” lifecycle; placing suitable candidates with client companies.

Brief candidates on responsibilities, salary, and benefits of the job in question.

Management of the entire search and placement lifecycle; scheduling interviews, taking detailed feedback, and actioning appropriately.

Involved in talent advisory to offer client companies “bigger picture” solutions pertaining to the development of their teams.

3-7 years of recruitment experience, demonstrating increased ownership and accountability for delivering results.

Direct hire, executive level placement work, and experience in the Real Estate industry are not required credentials but will be advantageous.
