Address employee queries about benefits (like number of remaining vacation days)

Experience as a Staff Assistant or similar junior HR role is a plus

Basic knowledge of labour legislation

Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms

Gather payroll data like leaves, working hours and bank accounts

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Regular attendance at work and the ability to work flexible hours, including overtime, weekends, and holidays.

Prepare and process records, documents, correspondence, and other materials of a sensitive nature.

Maintain job boards (ESG Website, Indeed), talent pipelines, and career outsourcing schedules.

Identify and lead Community outreach programs.
