Actively supports the company culture of creating a fun and entertaining experience for internal and external guests.

Provides excellent guest service to both internal and external guests.

Clean out any water or dirt from each of the bounce houses when you first arrive for your shift.

Ensure the area surrounding the bounce houses is a safe at all times for children.

Ensure all children are behaving appropriately and following the rules while in the bounce houses

Ensure the area surrounding the pool and water slide is safe at all times for children and guests.

Previous experience as a Recreation Leader

Strong organizational and planning skills; ability to multi-task

Assist in running recreational programs that meet the interests of the residents

Engage new residents to determine their interests

Assist in running monthly festivities and parties at the facility

Must be organized and have the ability to lead others

Teach experientially skills to promote the physical, psychological, cognitive, social and emotional well-being of individuals served.

Facilitate debriefing of group experiences and the transfer of learning.

Must be able to perform restraints and maintains TCI certification

Provide an appropriate environment for the individuals of Vanderheyden in order to carry out their role in the overall treatment program.

Complete documentation necessary to asses and record progress of individuals served.

Engage in therapeutic interactions with the individuals served.
