Receptionist Weekend Jobs in California

Greeting and welcoming guests as they arrive.

Directing visitors to the appropriate person.

Ensure reception areas are tidy and presentable.

Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone.

High school diploma or equivalent with at least 1-year prior experience in an office setting.

Excellent customer service skills and professional public presentation skills, including telephone etiquette.

Proficient in basic PC skills. Microsoft Word and Excel preferred.

Office maintenance – ensure children’s play area is cleaned, disinfect and clean lab area, clean coffee/beverage area.

If applicable - facilitate specimen collection from patients, deliver to lab, file results and distribute to counselors

Ability to maintain routine records and communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.

Organized, good follow up and time management skills.

Intermediate data entry, Excel, Word, and computer skills

Experienced in phone reception, front desk, and customer service.
