Receptionist Part Time Weekend Jobs

Prior work experience handling receptionist responsibilities is preferred

Assists Business Office Manager with accounts payable receipts.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

Answers phones and operates a switchboard.

Routes calls to facility departments.

Takes and relays messages to facility departments.

Installing signs between 6PM on Fridays and no later than 9AM Saturday morning

Picking up the signs late afternoon / early evening on Sundays

Finding a qualified back-up to run signs on weekends they are unavailable

Occasionally meeting with sales agents from the communities to drive the route and ensure that sign placement is clear and precise

Educating oneself on the proper placement procedures of all signs as it pertains to locations on the road

Picking up losses and stakes as well as reporting of all losses by COB every Monday

Storage of all signs (i.e. garage or at a designated storage unit established between you and your Territory Manager)

Must have previous animal experience

Responsible for the day-to-day care of patients and boarders

Ensuring the well-being of pets

Must have sufficient physical strength, mobility, and stamina to lift and/or move heavy pets and objects

A sense of fun and teamwork – Smiles and laughter are required for all who apply

Dependable and able to work independently

Requires basic reading and math skills

Pick and pack customer book orders using a variety of methods including voice automation

Must be able to push, pull, bend, stoop, reach and lift 25lbs on a regular basis, up to 35lbs occasionally.

Must be able to stand for an entire shift (one paid break provided)

Must be able to climb stairs and be comfortable working on an upper mezzanine level

Must be at least 18 years of age

Two years of office/receptionist experience

Strong Microsoft Office, organizational and human relations skills

Preference will be given to candidates with switchboard experience

Serves as the college receptionist by handling incoming telephone calls, greeting walk-in visitors and directing students to appropriate locations

Coordinates with the daytime receptionist to ensure continuity of information and service

Performs other duties as assigned

Weekend Night (Friday 11pm - Saturday 11am and Saturday 11pm - Sunday 11am); add $1.80 shift differential

Conduct employee testing as required under regulatory requirement or guidance.

Conduct facility safety inspections as assigned by the Safety & Health Manager.

Ensure the promotion of Safety & Health activities on assigned shift And other responsibilities as deemed necessary

Perform all functions associated with first aid and medical treatment.

Perform drug and alcohol screens as required.

Administer respiratory medications and O2 therapy following physician's order or RT-driven protocol.

Respond to all in-house Code Blue, Rapid Response, and other emergencies.

Arterial blood gas procurement on adult and children as ordered. Interpret results and consult with care team when needed.

Perform art-line insertion after appropriate training on adult patients.

Perform diagnostic studies such as oxygen walk test, CO2 monitoring, bedside PFT testing, and overnight pulse oximetry.

Assist physician with bedside bronchoscopy at bedside procedure. Including appropriately labeling and handling specimens.
