Performs other related duties and projects as business needs require at direction of management.

Offers guidance and training to teams regarding inventory tracking, simple weights, and measure principles.

Oversees all inventory in Crib Master for local and remote labs.

Observes production floors for lost/missing items; communicates with managers for investigation as needed.

Performs random spot checks and inventory counts in local and remote labs.

Works with various internal departments and off-site facilities to ensure adherence to tracking standards and accurate data documentation.

Performs other related duties and projects as business needs require at direction of management.

Discards old orders per customer requirements.

Prior dental work/lab experience or background, a plus.

Previous experience working in positions that require hand and finger dexterity, a plus.

Previous experience in gaming or the use of social media platforms, a plus.

Determines suitability of customers’ impressions.

Collaborates with Technical Support, IT, Engineering, Manufacturing and Product Managers.

Bachelor’s degree or relevant certification in Business or Information Systems or related field.

Minimum four (4) years’ experience as a professional in the dental industry.

Experience implementing dental technologies in office as a consultant preferred.

Electrical and mechanical experience preferred.

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Finance, or relevant field preferred.

Minimum three (3) years of experience in supply chain, purchasing, and relevant experience.

Purchases highest quality merchandise at lowest possible price and in correct amounts.

Prepares purchase orders, solicits bid proposals, and reviews requisitions for goods and services.

Analyzes price proposals, financial reports, and other data to determine reasonable prices.

Negotiates, re-negotiates, and administers contracts with suppliers, vendors, and other representatives.

Certification or education from a two or four year program, a plus.

Minimum one (1) year of experience in commercial HVAC, or license in lieu of experience.

Universal EPA Certification or in-process, required.

Conducts regular preventive maintenance inspections of refrigeration units, isolated heating and ventilating units, including boilers, gas and electrically operated air-conditioning equipment.

Performs necessary adjustments, servicing, or repairs to HVAC equipment.
