Receiving Warehouse Clerk Jobs in Nevada

Manage third party shipping, UPS, and 3 rd party carriers.

Proactively seek and provide great experiences and solutions to customers.

Invoice orders, manage processes with order selectors, and prioritize will call order transactions.

Previous experience in handling a cash register, processing checks, cash transactions, and balancing a cash drawer.

Possesses basic computer skills: Microsoft Office.

Demonstrates patience and conflict resolution skills.

Perform any other duties as assigned by management.

Enters inventory parts into Manager Plus (Inventory System).

Drives company vehicle regularly in order to get materials/equipment as requested by supervisor/manager.

Knowledge of telephone, fax, copier and similar office equipment.

Prepares requests for quotes and faxes them out to the appropriate vendors.

Checks and puts away parts/materials/tools delivered by the Dock personnel during the off-shifts.

Experience with basic warehouse management scanning system (WMS)

Strong attention to detail and time management skills

Must have 6+ months of experience as an Inbound Clerk

Minimum one (1) year experience as a Receiving/Supply Clerk

Manages relationships with key suppliers to maintain quality of goods, timely delivery, and compliance to terms of contract

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Outstanding organizational skills and record keeping

Strong team-building and interpersonal skills with the ability to develop professional relationships with staff in order to maintain communications
