Knowledge management – Ensuring that key information and learning generated from each commission is inputted into internal databases and shared.

Identifying opportunities to improve Project Management procedures, templates and products.

Identifying ways in which project management products and services can be improved and referring ideas to the appropriate line manager.

Identifying and ensuring that the client and management are aware of quality, safety, health and environment issues.

Experienced managing multiple stakeholders and work stream managers.

Experience managing projects as an Owner’s Rep., General Contractor or Architect/Engineer.

Ability to utilize proprietary project management software efficiently; experience with project management systems and technology.

Exceptional time management skills and the ability to escalate issues when required.

Developing/enhancing project management policies, procedures and templates to help better cost, schedule, and contract management.

Bachelors or Master's Degree in engineering, architecture or construction management is preferred.

Self-starter who delivers exceptional project management and project controls oversight.

Experience and knowledge of business processes and procedures, applications, workflow, and planning.

Bachelor's degree, Architecture, Civil or Mechanical Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management or equivalent experience

5 or more years’ experience in programmatic project management services, preferably for consumer facing locations (clinical, retail, etc.)

10 or more years’ experience in commercial real estate project and construction management

PMP (project management professional) certification

Provides strategic project management advisory services for the clinical real estate portfolio

Coordinates cross functionally with transaction management, design, facility management, and other project stakeholders as necessary
