Elementary Education Certification, (K-6) is only acceptable for Middle School placement.

Extensive knowledge of Diabetes Prevention Program lifestyle intervention.

Excellent computer skills: Microsoft Office suite (especially Word and Excel).

Excellent organizational skills with specific attention to detail and data collection.

Outstanding verbal communication and interpersonal skills with participants, community members, and other team members.

A friendly demeanor with strong customer service skills.

Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition, Health Science, Public Health, Behavioral Psychology, Kinesiology, or related degree.

Previous experience working with children (preferred)

Bilingual skills a plus but not required
