Completing all opening/closing checklists and reports as required by Palace Policy and/or the Park General Manager

Organizational Ability – Knowledge of available resources and ability to organize systems to accomplish objectives.

1 year of supervisory experience is required

Be able to train away from home for up to two weeks at a time

Hold or be able to obtain a DOT Medical Certification card

Understanding of COVID-19 food and beverage safety requirements

Previous bartender experience required – two years of experience preferred

Theme park experience serving international guests highly desirable

Background in a high-volume nightclub, bar, or restaurant a plus* Outstanding communication, customer service and cash handling skills

Food & Beverage Safety certifications

Must have basic knowledge of beer, liquor and wine* Basic food and non-alcoholic beverage knowledge

Implement effectively all the duties, responsibilities, and requirements outlined in this job description.

Properly complete the service and/or repairs for which the technician is trained as assigned by management or their designated representative.

Notifies management of any additional repairs needed.

Achieve or exceed production schedules and individual efficiency benchmark set by management.

Complete all work according to the applicable safety requirements and published procedures by manufacturer and dealership.

Manufacturer Recommended Certification and Training

Excellent time-management and organization skills

Prepare proposals, presentations, and cost benefit analyses for recommendations

Monitor results versus expectations and manage expectations

Share knowledge, explain options, and bring experts to provide guidance

Maintain time tracking and other administrative requirements

Experience functioning in high stress situations
